Juju’s by Jason Pringle brings the romance of Southern France and the spice-laced soul of Morocco together for a vibrant spring pop-up.
From mezze spreads with house-made pita and harissa-kissed hummus to lamb tagine with ras el hanout and apricots, roast chicken with harissa potatoes, and classic steak au poivre with frites — the menu moves effortlessly between Parisian bistro comfort and North African warmth. Seasonal seafood, bright herbs, preserved citrus, and elegant small plates round out the experience, alongside spritzes, vermouth tonics, and Moroccan mint tea fizz.
Join us Thursday through Sunday weekly starting March 12th 2026, 5:00pm–8:30pm, for golden-hour dinners that feel transportive, intimate, and full of flavor.
